The enslaved mindset and inferiority complex still creep among us... Until when?
To call for freedom and independence anywhere in the world, one must think free. And to think free, is to be sufficient with Islam
Millions of people have been chanting free Palestine for years, shouting it non-stop.... Calling for liberation from the israeli occupation, standing against the face of a powerful global tyranny, which itself is an honorable stance... Yet, a closer look at their political belief and moral compass, you find something that has not changed, they are calling for freedom while they have not even freed themselves yet, they are still carrying the colonized mentality.
They are still in favor of foreign influence and powers which dictate this and that for them, which contradict the demand for liberation and freedom. And this failure comes from unchecked beliefs and ideas that are still hidden somewhere, they may not even be aware of—relying on importing foreign beliefs, dictionary and figures to praise while we reject and forget Islam and what it gave to us.
Some people are supportive of the resistance, yet they refer to the fighters and mujahideen as "militias", a term that is spoon-fed to them by the very colonizers they claim to oppose and claim to support the side that is fighting those colonizers. A foreign term that disrespects the resistance, a term that reduces their struggle and sacrifice and blurs the lines between honorable defense where Islamic principles are abided and terrorism and chaotic armed groups.
They allow foreign dictionary and labels to decide and dictate their own reality, when in Islamic context, they are people who are resisting, struggling against tyranny and aggressors, they are referred to as mujahideen, resistance fighters. These people still fail to escape the inferiority complex, by still allowing foreign powers and foreign dictionary to have the upper hand over the Islamic and Quranic perspective and description of the resistance fighters.
And that topic has been explored and talked about in-depth in the past.
And another kind, some Muslims among the cause of Palestine who demand its liberation, still fall into the corrupt foreign doctrine of praising Nazism. A non-Islamic foreign belief and ideology. Why? "Because they were against the Jews". So they get excited when they see Nazi flags and banners, and feel proud of them.
Such belief does not represent us as Muslims nor our cause, our cause is Islamic, based on justice, fairness and in support of the oppressed, our cause is the fight against those who wage war on us first and aggress against us, our stance is defensive, nor aggressive. Our cause is not based on racial superiority, otherwise we have fallen into the same issue we are supposedly to fight, and that is Jewish supremacy, making us the same coin but different side, God forbids. That is never what Islam teaches.
As for the Muslims who get excited when they see Nazi flags and especially in Europe, thinking that they are their allies in this “cause” and have a common goal with them, and that is “they are also against the Jews”, remember that they do not like you either, they want to deport your entire people (legal or not), they want to demolish your mosques, they insult your religion as a whole and today, they burn the holy Quran. So have some dignity, honor, zeal and respect before you ever praise such groups and know what these flags represent and stand for.
The only flags and banners you should be excited and proud once you see them are the banners of Allah and the Islamic banners. Higher up your standards!
The blind admiration and worship of Muslims and Arabs for the Nazis is the same as that of Hindu extremists who worship the israelis. Both believe they are allies because they have a "common enemy." When neither Nazis and israelis see them as equals, as both are viewed with contempt and inferiority. This is nothing but humiliation. There is no difference between these Hindu extremists and these Muslims and Arabs.
It is time to quit the inferiority complex and quit worshiping white Europeans as they are the face of advancement—allowing them to control your language, where you use terms that are never in your favor, but rather echo the narrative which these colonizers push.
It is time to quit idolizing European movements and figures, treating them as heroes and role models, when you are already blessed with the most perfect and divine examples, from the first Prophet all the way until Prophet Mohammad and his family (AS), along with the honorable companions, like Mukhtar al-Thaqafi, Malek ibn al-Ashtar (RA) and the pious leaders we have today, Ayatollah Khamenei (HA), Sheikh Naeem Qassem (HA), Sayyed Abdul Malek al-Houthi (HA) and so on.
Bold to claim that you stand for freedom and independence by removing foreign power from West Asian region, when you are still under foreign influence, maintaining an enslaved mindset programmed to view the West superior, admire them and what they do and say. How do you fight and resist occupation when your mind is still colonized where you have to embrace movements, figures and banners of your oppressors? What freedom in contradicting your own religion, its principles and what it stands for?
We must understand that freedom is not only about independence from a foreign power in a military context in a geographical spot, but also independence from the foreign thoughts in an intellectual context, where foreign ideas never dictate how we live and think, it’s when we become sufficient with Islam.
Before any political independence is achieved, one must be spiritually and ideologically independent first. It begins from ourselves and then it will extend to other aspects, paving the way for true liberation, freedom and independence. Liberation is not only political and physical, but intellectual and spiritual.
To call for freedom and independence anywhere in the world, one must think free. And to think free, is to be sufficient with Islam and its teachings, to live by the teachings of the Prophet and his family (peace be upon them), that is the true meaning of freedom and independence. That way, we maintain our position for the cause while also preserving our faith, principles, morals, values.
